4-5 hour Warrior Fitness Challenge held at Peak Sports Club, Loves Park, IL. A team event, not a race! This can be performed as an individual event or will be the third and final challenge participants must complete to earn the Crucible patch!

Warrior 30 Mile Ruck Details
- 30 mile ruck over both trails and pavement around Peak Sports Club, Loves Park, IL
- Event starts on Friday 8/29 at 7 p.m.
- Participants will receive water and snack stops starting at the 10mi mark and approximately every 10 miles until the finish line
REQUIRED EQUIPMENT for this event:
- A rucksack aka backpack
- Ruck Plate = to your weight requirement
- If you weigh >150 lbs = 20 lb. Ruck Plate (or equivalent)
- If you weigh < 150 lbs = 10 lb. Ruck Plate (or equivalent)
- 3L Hydration Bladder
- Food/Snacks
- Water Bottle (1L) or equivalent (electrolytes recommended)
- Participants must also bring Oral Rehydration Salts (or comparable) in case water resupply is harder
- Reflective Ruck Bands (or equivalent) on your ruck
- Headlamp with extra batteries
- First Aid Kit (IFAK)
- Gloves (1 pair) not medical gloves, working gloves
- Hand Sanitizer/Wipes - 1 bottle Purell, 1 package of baby wipes (or equivalent)
- Windbreaker (only if the temperature is expected below 60 ℉)
- 1-2 Extra Pairs of Socks

- Event starts on Saturday 8/30 at 9:30 a.m.

- 8-12 miles rucking over both trails and pavement around Peak Sports Club, Loves Park, IL
- Physical Training (PT), calisthenics and functional strength training will be performed using your rucksack for resistance and/or bodyweight exercises
- Event starts on Saturday 8/30 at 11:30 a.m
