WARRIOR FOUNDATION is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit corporation whose purpose is to raise awareness for and provide financial support and resources to children and families fighting childhood cancer and other illnesses. Your contributions are tax-deductible. Our Federal Tax ID # is 33-3321833
OUR BEGINNING
WARRIOR FOUNDATION has been fighting childhood illness since 2021. We began our fight because the greater Rockford, IL area does not have the capability to provide specialty cancer care for children. This requires families to travel out of their local support network, to American Family Children's Hospital in Madison, WI or Lurie Children's Hospital in Chicago, IL for treatments. This adds a logistical and financial nightmare to a challenging situation. WARRIOR FOUNDATION is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit corporation whose purpose is to raise awareness for and provide financial support and resources to children and families fighting childhood cancer and other illnesses.
