BOARD OF DIRECTORS

President/Chairman

Tim Gilbertson is the Warrior Foundation’s President & Charmain of the Board of Directors. He holds a Master of Physician Assistant Studies (MPAS) degree and is a certified Physicians Assistant (PA-C) specializing in orthopedic surgery and is a veteran of the United States Air Force.

Tim founded the Warrior Foundation to take the fight to kids' cancer! As a parent of a childhood cancer survivor, Tim knows firsthand the physical and emotional challenges children and their families go through in their battle against childhood illness. Tim brings valuable professional and personal experience to the Warrior Foundation in serving children and needy families in our community.

Vice President/Treasurer

Mark Seibold is the Warrior Foundation’s Sr. Vice President and Treasurer. He holds a Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) from Keller University and a Bachelor’s in Technical Management from DeVry University and is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) with over 13 years experience Aerospace & Manufacturing Industries.

Mark brings strong business, organizational and leadership skills which help fulfill the Warrior Foundation’s mission.

Secretary

Laura Britnell is the Warrior Foundation's Secretary.  She studied fine arts and horticulture at Northern Illinois University and has experience as a small business owner operating as a florist.  Laura's experience also includes retail management, supply chain and even healthcare experience as an operating room inventory specialist.  Laura's strong sense of community and previous work in the educational non-profit sector is a valued asset to the Warrior Foundation.  Laura believes in the Warrior Foundations mission and its role in providing an uplifting foundation for children and their fight against illness!
